Shipping policy

Shipment Receiving & Unloading

It is always the customer’s responsibility to receive and unload shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) shipments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate equipment and personnel necessary to safely unload shipments from dock-level trucks. Depending on the size and weight of the shipment, this may include a forklift, powered pallet jack/walkie, telehandler, or other suitable unloading equipment.

If the customer does not have the appropriate equipment and chooses to unload a shipment manually using manpower, the customer assumes responsibility for any product damage, property damage, or personal injury that may occur as a result of the manual unloading process.

If you are unsure what equipment or unloading capabilities are required to safely receive your shipment, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide guidance based on the anticipated shipment size and type.

Delivery Address Changes

Any request to change the delivery address after an order has been released to the carrier, shipment has been created, or the shipment has been picked up by the carrier will be subject to any applicable carrier fees, re-routing charges, delivery charges, or other costs. All such costs will be the customer’s responsibility

  • All orders are processed same or next business day. Items have different lead times so please confirm availability with customer service before ordering.
  • We have partnered with a range of leading LTL (less than truck load) carriers across the CANADA to ensure fast and accurate shipping.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Irontread Mats retains the authority to cancel an order when a substantial discrepancy arises in cost while shipping the order. Please be aware that shipping rates can undergo changes due to various factors, including fluctuations in fuel prices. In such instances, Irontread Mats ewill promptly notify the customer of the cancellation and initiate a refund for the order.
